WHO WE ARE
Iama Olive Oil is a family company founded in 2000 in Agios Dimitrios, Epidaurus, Greece. Starting out as a small business with the simple goal of producing extra virgin olive oil from the groves of olive trees surrounding the area, we have grown to a vertically integrated unit for the production and standardization of extra virgin olive oil. Our products are produced, packaged and standardized in a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with state-of-the-art cold-pressing machinery, in order to preserve the taste and quality and deliver world-class extra virgin olive oil.

IAMA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
IAMA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a superior quality olive oil produced from olives of Manaki and Koroneiki varieties with distinct fruity flavor, rich aroma and low acidity level. Our Olives are collected from the area around Epidaurus, from the olive groves surrounding monumental historical places like the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus, Ancient city of Tiryns and Ancient Arkadiko Bridge. The cultivation is done naturally, without the use of pesticides or other chemicals. Harvesting is done by hand and the olives are placed in open baskets that allow the fruit to "breathe”. It starts in mid-October, when the olives are still green, resulting in olive oil of high quality, low acidity and rich in phenols, retaining its unique properties and flavor.
